I ordered a 19-piece set but only received 12 pieces. Is something missing?
Your order is complete. The main box contains 12 pieces, and inside you will find an additional box with the steak knives, bringing the total to 19 pieces.
What currency are the prices shown on the site?
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars).
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 business days for production, after which your order will ship.
Average shipping times are 3–5 business days.
Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within this timeframe, please contact us at ofir@bavarianknifeworks.com.

I’m not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that arrive defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order at no penalty as long as it has not yet shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, please use our return process to receive a refund.
I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at ofir@bavarianknifeworks.com.
We can update the shipping address within 24 hours of order placement.
After this 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee address changes or refunds for incorrect submissions.
